Sales Application Requirements:
The Board of directors require that one (1) original and seven (7) collated copies of the following be submitted to Buchbinder & Warren LLC. A personal interview of the prospective purchaser(s) will be scheduled after the package is reviewed, to ascertain whether the requirements have been met.
- 1) Purchase Application fully completed and executed. (provided by Seller)
- 2) Signed Contract of Sale (provided by Seller).
- 3) Letter from present Landlord (or management company).
- 4) Letter from bank(s) stating type of account and amount of deposit in dollars.
- 5) Letter from employer(s) stating job function, salary and length of employment.
- 6) If self-employed, purchaser must supply a letter from accountant stating all assets, liabilities, and projection for the next year’s income amount.
- 7) Copy of most recent year’s tax return.
- 8) Four (4) personal reference letters.
- 9) Executed West Ninth Street Equities “Policies Letter”.
- 10) Reading and understanding of House Rules, and House Rules Affidavit signed.
If there is financing, the following must also be provided:
- 11) A copy of Bank Commitment letter.
- 12) A copy of Disclosure letter.
The following fees must be submitted with all of the above.
- Application processing fee in the amount of $500.00 made payable to Buchbinder & Warren LLC.
- Credit check fee in the amount of $50.00 payable to Buchbinder & Warren LLC.
- Refundable Move-In Damage Deposit in the amount of $500.00 made payable to West Ninth Street Equities, Inc.
